Sub: Issue of PF Account statement to staff — Req.

With reference to the captioned subject, I am to state that the issue of PF Annual Statements to the staff has engaged the attention of Sangathan from time to time. It has been reported by some of the staff members that the PF Annual statements for the year 2013-14 have not been issued by the Zonal Institutes/Regional Offices. Hence I am to direct you to issue the PF annual statement without any further delay and to send the compliance report to this office by email to reach on or before 19.06.2014. I may also add that this matter will also be discussed during the ensuing Deputy Commissioners conference at New Delhi.
