   The Government are pleased to extend the time limit for encashment of HBA first batch allotment 2011-12 from 30.11.2011 to 20.12.2011. All the Heads of Departments and Sanctioning Authorities are strictly instructed to ensure the utilization of the fund before 20.12.2011.
