These challans are received in their office from different Treasuries of Haryana alongwith monthly civil accounts. However, this has been noticed that the complete details/information in respect of these loanees, such as Name of Loanee, His/Her GPF Account No./PRAN Number, Complete address of DDOs (with name), Parent department/DDOs etc. are not quoted by the Loanees/Departments/Drawing and Disbursing Offices (DDOs/Treasury Officers (TOs) on these Challans. In the absence of these complete details, large number of challans are not posted in the respective Loan Accounts of the concerned Loanees. As a result the Principal Accountant General office is facing difficulty while credit/debit posting of various long term advances in the respective loan account of the concerned loanees.
