Subject:- Payment of arrears on account of revision of pay scales under the Himachal Pradesh Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2009.
Sir/Madam,
In continuation of this Department’s letters of even number dated: 19th March, 2010, 2nd November, 2010, 10th March, 2011 and in supersession of this Department’s letters dated: 17th August, 2011 & 20th August, 2011, on the subject cited above, I am directed to say that the matter with regard to the payment of arrears on account of revision of pay scales under the Himachal Pradesh Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2009, has been reconsidered and it has now been decided that all the regular employees whose total accrued arrear {including already paid} is Rs. 70,000/-
