OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Fixation of range of seniority (Zone of Promotion) for PA grade (SQ) of CSSS for Select List Year-2013.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even no. dated 22.5.2014 vide which cadre units were requested to place the cases of all eligible Steno Grade ‘D who are covered within the prescribed 'range of seniority’ and who have not yet been included in the Select List of PAs of CSSS, before the DPC to assess their suitability for promotion to the PA grade of CSSS. Cadre Units were also requested to send the recommendation of DPC alongwith vigilance clearance in respect of all the eligible officials who are working in the Cadre Unit.

2. Despite a lapse of considerable time, the requisite information has not yet been received from the cadre units addressed hereunder.

3. Concerned Cadre Units are requested to send recommendation of the DPC alongwith vigilance clearance in respect of all the eligible officers who are working with them by 25th July, 2014 positively. In case no official is eligible, ‘nil’ information (without annexure) may be sent immediately by fax no. 24623157.

Subject: Nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’/PA(ad-hoc) for appointment to the Grade of PA of CSSS for the Select List Year — 2011 on regular basis under the Zoning Scheme for Seniority Quota (SQ) — regarding.

   The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 30/9/2013 wherein 59 Stenographers Grade ‘D' PA(Ad-hoc) were considered for appointment/promotion to the PA Grade of CSSS on regular basis under Zoning Scheme on their inclusion in the Select List Year- 2011(SQ). In this regard, all the Cadre Units were requested to forward a copy of the appointment orders of the concerned officials and to ensure that the officials who have been nominated out of their Cadre Units are relieved within 45 days from the date of issue of this O.M. to take up the new posting in the allocated Cadre Units. However, despite a lapse of considerable time, this Department have not received the relieving/joining orders of the officials whose names appear in the Annexure to this O.M.
