Subject:- Ex-gratia grants and other facilities for families of Government employees who die while in service.
The undersigned is directed to invite attention to this Department’s Office Memorandum No:2/2/71—Fin(Reg) dated 13/15 March,1972 on the above cited subject and to say that para (d) of the Office Memorandum contains the provision for Free Educational Facilities, with respect to the unmarried children of the Government employees who die while in service subject to the condition laid therein.
