NOTIFICATION

No. F.15(4)FD/Rules/1997

Jaipur, dated :- 28 JUNE 2013.

Subject :- Rajasthan Civil Services (Commutation of Pension) Rules, 1996.

   In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Civil Services (Commutation of Pension) Rules, 1996, namely :-

   These rules may be called the Rajasthan Civil Services (Commutation of Pension) (Amendment) Rules, 2013.

   2. These rules shall come into force with effect from 01.07.2013.

   3. In the said rules - the existing Government of Rajasthans' Decision No. 3 appearing below Rule 5 shall be substituted by the following, namely :-

   “(3) Commutation shall be allowed on the minimum pension of Rs. 3450/- if the actual pension is less than Rs. 3450/-”
