SUB:- ALLOTMENT OF GENERAL POOL RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION UNDER AUTOMATED SYSTEM OF ALLOTMENT—UPGRADATION OF DATA/RECORDS ON ANNUAL BASIS.
The undersigned is directed to invite attention to this Directorate's OM No.12035/16/2010-Pol.II dated 22.12.2010, 24.8.2011 and 18.11.2011 regarding allotment of quarters through Automated System so as to bring transparency in the allotment of quarters, Recently, while reviewing the position of quarters, it was felt that the names of some non-serious applicants continue in the waiting list on year to year basis Such non-serious applicant neither update their data i.e., upgradation of pay by way of increment etc nor they give option for quarters. The Directorate of Estates finds it difficult to assess the exact requirement of quarters in each type because of such non-Serious applicants.
2. It has, therefore, been decided that the names of such applicants who have neither updated their personal data nor opted for any quarters during the past one year, shall be automatically deleted from the waiting list. Such applicants, if they so desire, may get their names activated again by entering fresh updated data and thereafter by giving options for quarters of their choice. With a view to give sufficient publicity to the above said decision, it has been decided to implement the decision with effect from 1st of September 2012. All Ministries/Department of Government of India are requested to give wide publicity to this decision among their employees/officers so that they are able to take suitabIe action in time.

I have eligibility of Type-2 qtrs but non - availability of Govt. qtrs & high waiting list, I m living in Type-01 qtr in New Delhi. after this there is no proper maintenance in Govt. qtrs.
ReplyDeleteI have two complained to the CPWD Sewa center in Andrews Ganj for 60% damaged plaster on Bathroom & Toilet walls on 25/05/2012. I have already complained in this regards Aug. 2011 but the authorities not attainded and now I have again same complained to the CPWD sewa, Andrews ganj.
but they have to closed both complaint that these are minor complaint & not admissible on 26/05/2012 and inform me as following these sms -
01. CNo.:3260380 for Flooring Repair (Civil) is Not Admissible. Hence complaints is Disposed Off.
02. CNo.:3260377 for Plaster repair (Civil) is Not Admissible. Hence complaints is Disposed Off.
one more thing, if you are searching a residential house than come here in Govt qtrs and live on RENT basis. there is no problem if you are not central Govt. servant after that you can live in Govt. qtrs on bassis of RENT. and one more shocking news that the J.E. and A.E. is not known that how many qtrs on RENT basis. whereas there is every 3rd qtr is on RENT basis.
