ReplyDeleteMy declared place of hometown is beyond 25 km away from my work place and presently I am staying beyond 20 km from my work place in such case am I eligible to avail home town ltc and encashment of 10 days EL as I have more than 200 days EL at my credit. Kindly clarify this by qouting relevent rules in force ?
ReplyDeletewhen I apply for hometown ltc my employer stated that my declared place of hometown is within the urban agglomeration of concerned city hence I am not eligible to avail this facility and encash 10 days EL also. On verification it is found that all employees are eligible to avail home town ltc irrespective of distance involved, hence I am confused whether the information received from this employer is right. can you give some clarification this regard as I like to know the exact position. Whether there is any rules superseding the above condition ?
