Memorandum
The following Health Care Organisations are empanelled under the West Bengal Health Scheme for rendering services to the beneficiaries of the Scheme.

The 2 (two) years terms of empanelment of some of the above Health Care Organisations have already been expired. Although the Organisations have furnished papers for renewal of agreement but due to procedural delay the process could not be completed till now. Accordingly, the Governor is pleased to extend the empanelment of the above Health Care Organisations up to 31.12.2011 on existing terms and conditions so that the beneficiaries under the West Bengal Health Scheme may get services there uninterruptedly. Meanwhile, the aforesaid Health Care Organisations shall have to complete the process of renewal of empanelment by signing Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
