The Actual age of An Emploiee to get married and to Get house Rent Allowence is 21yrs AS per indian constitution .As per VI pay commission All emploiees(Defence also)come under same pay structure.But in defence it is 25 Yrs still for getting house rent Allowance .it is very difficult to pay a large amount monthly(Around 25%/mont).
