Subject: Grant of two advance increments on acquiring AMIE/ BE degree, to the Junior Engineers.

In furtherance of FD's Memo No. 1/16/2005-3PR(FD) dated 05-09-2007

I have been directed to invite your kind attention to the subject noted above. It has already been decided to grant of two advance increments to  the Junior Engineers who acquire AMIE / BE degree after joining the service subject to the condition that the incumbent has completed a minimum of five years regular and satisfactory service. However, this benefit was restricted up to the Junior Engineers of three wings of PWD.

2. After careful consideration, it has been decided that the benefit of two advance increments shall be granted to all those JEs whose pay scale and qualification etc. are at per with the Junior Engineers of three wings of PWD. This benefit is subject to terms and condition laid down in the letter under reference.
