Sub: - House Building Advance Scheme to State Government Employees - Extension of date for encashment - HBA allotments 2013-14 —Instructions issued - reg.

Ref: - 1) G.O.(P) No.505/2009/Fin. Dated 12.11.2009

         2) Letter No.34228/HBA2/2013/Fin dated 10.05.2013

   The Government are pleased to extend the time limit for encashment of HBA allotments 2013-14 so far issued under the h/a “7610-201-98” HBA (NP-V) up to 30.11.2013. All the Heads of Departments and Sanctioning Authorities are instructed to issue individual orders for the purpose and ensure the utilization of the fund before 30.11.2013. The unutilized balance, if any, shall be surrendered to Government in Finance (HBA) Department before 05.12.2013.
