Amendment in the Rajasthan Travelling Allowance Rules, 1971.

ORDER

Sub. :- Amendment in the Rajasthan Travelling Allowance Rules, 1971.

   The Governor has been pleased to order that the following amendments shall be made in the Rajasthan Travelling Allowance Rules, 1971, namely:-

   In the said Rules - In Appendix - I appended to Chapter - V “Permanent Travelling Allowance”.

   1. in item 1(a) the existing words and figures Rs. 100/-” shall be substituted by the words and figures Rs. 1000/-"

   2. in item 1(b)(ii) and (iii) the existing words and figures “Rs. 2.50/-”, shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 25/-"

   3. in item 2(a)(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (v) and (vi), the existing words and figures ‘Rs. 100/-”, “Rs. 75/-”, “Rs. 70/-” Rs. 70/-”, Rs. 70/.” and Rs. 50/- shall be substituted by the words and figures ‘Rs. 1000/-”, “Rs. 750/-”, ‘Rs. 750/-” Rs. 750/-”, Rs. 750 /-‘ and Rs. 500/-" respectively.

   4. in item 2(b)(ii) the existing words and figures “Rs. 2.50/-”, or ‘Rs 1.50/-”, shell be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 25/-’ or “Rs. 15/-” respectively.

   5. in item 2(b) (iii) the existing words and figures “Rs. 2.50/-”, and “Rs. 1.50/-”, shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 25/-” and ‘Rs. 15/-” respectively.

   6. in item 2(c), the existing words and figures ‘Rs. 1.50/-” and ‘Rs. 1.00/-” shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 15/- and Rs. 10/-” respectively.

   7. in item 3(a), the existing words and figures “Rs. 100/-” shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 1000/-”.

   8. in item 3(a)(ii) and (iii), the existing words and figures “Rs. 2.50/-” shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 25/-”.

   9. in item 4 the existing words and figures Rs. 100/-” shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 1000/-’.

   10. in item 4 (ii) and (iii), the existing words and figures Rs. 2.50/-” Shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 25/-”

   11. in item 5(a), the existing words and figures “Rs. 100/-” shell be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 1000/-”.

   12. in item 5(a)(ii) and (iii), the existing words and figures Rs. 2.50/-” shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 25/-”.

   13. in item 5(b), the existing words and figures “Rs. 60/-” and “Rs, 1.25/-’ shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 750/- and “Rs. 15/-” respectively.

   14. in item 6(a), the existing words and figures “Rs. 70/-” shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 750/-”

   15. in item 5(a)(ii) and (iii) the existing words and figures “Rs. 1.50/-” shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 15/-’

   16. in item 7, the existing words and figures “Rs. 70/-” shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 750/-”.

   17. in item 7(1,), the existing words and figures “Rs. 1.50/-” shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 15/-”

   18. in item 8, the existing words and figures “Rs. 100” shall be substituted by the words and figures ‘Rs. 1000/-”

   19. in item 8 (ii) and (iii), the existing words and figures “Rs. 2.00/-” shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 25’/-

   20. in item 9(a)(i), (1i), (iii), and (iv), the existing words and figures “Rs. 100/-”, “Rs. 100/-”, Rs. 60/-” and Rs. 35/-” shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 1000/-”, “Rs. 1000/-” “Rs. 750/-”, and Rs. 500/-“ respectively.

   21. In item 9(b) (ii) and (iii), the existing words and figures “Rs. 2.50/-”, “Rs..2.00”, “Rs. 1.25/-” and “Re. 0.75/-” shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs.25/-”, Rs. 25/-”, “Rs.15/- and Rs. 10/-” respectively.

   22. in item 11(a). the existing words and figures “Rs. 100/-” shall be substituted by the words and figures Rs. 1000/-”.

   23. in item 11(b)(ii) and (iii), the existing words and figures “Rs. 2.50/-” shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 25/-’

   24. in item 12. the existing words and figures “Rs. 100/-” shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 1000/-”.

   25. in item 12(ii) and (iii), the existing words end figures “Rs. 2.50/-” shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 25/-”.

   26. in item 13. the existing words and figures “Rs. 100/-” shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 1000/-”.

   27. In Item 13 (ii) and (iii), the existing words and figures “Rs. 2.50/-” shall be substituted by the words and figures “Rs. 25/-”.

   The above amendments shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 01st October, 2013.
