Sub: - House Building Advance Scheme to State Government Employees 2013-14 — Combined State wise Seniority List — Published - Reg.

Ref: - 1) G.O (P) No. 505/2009/Fin, dated 12.11.2009
          2) Circular No.48/2013/Fin, dated 28.05.2013.
          3) Circular No.56/2013/Fin, dated 15.07.2013.

   In the Government Order dated 12.11.2009, Government have reintroduced the House Building Advance Scheme to State Government Employees and Teachers. As per the circular 3rd cited the time limit fixed for online registration of HBA applications for the year 2013-14 expired on 31.07.2013.

   2) Government are pleased to publish the Combined State wise Seniority List prepared by generating from the “HBA SEL website”, where applications were registered online by the Heads of Departments and Sanctioning Authorities through web based computer processing.

   3) The Combined HBA State wise Seniority List of applicants is attached as Annexure —I

   4) House Building Advance allotment will be made to heads of Departments subject to the availability of funds and in terms of seniorty list published.
