ORDER

Sub: Amendments in the Rajasthan State Pensioners Medical Concession Scheme, 2009.

   The Governor is pleased to make the following amendments in the Rajasthan State Pensioners Medical Concession Scheme, 2009, namely :-

In the said Scheme -

   (i) In para 4(a) of the Scheme, the existing word and figures “Rs. 5000/-” and “Rs. 10000/-” shall be substituted by the word and figures “Rs. 10000/-” and “Rs. 20000/-” respectively.

   (ii) In para 5(1) of the Scheme, the existing word and figures “Rs. 35000/-” and “Rs . 50000/-” shall be substituted by the word and figures “Rs. 50000/-” and “Rs. 100000/-” respectively.

   (iii) The existing words “and retired Judges of the Rajasthan High Court” appearing in para 3(2) shall be deleted.

   (iv) The existing “Exception” appearing below para 5(1) of the Scheme shall be deleted.
