OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject:- Extension of ‘range of seniority’ (zone of promotion) for promotion of Stenographers Grade ‘D’ to Personal Assistant(PA) Grade of CSSS for the Select List Year- 2010 - reg.

   Reference is invited to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 20th July, 2012 on the subject mentioned above.

   2. The requisite information viz, recommendations of the DPC alongwith vigilance clearance of all the eligible Steno Grade ‘D’ of Select List Year-1996 of General Category and duly filled—in option form (Annexure-V) obtained from the concerned officials have not yet been received from your Ministry/Department even after a lapse of considerable time. It is requested that the requisite information be furnished to this Department without any further delay.
