OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject:- Preparation of Panel of Personal Assistants (PAs) for the Select List Year-2010 - regarding.

   Reference is invited to this Departments O.M. dated 27/1/2011 communicating the decisions of the Government on cadre review of CSSS. Consequent upon regular promotion in the PPS/PS Grade for the Select List Year - 2010, this Department would be issuing the zone of consideration for promotion of Steno Grade 'D' to PA grade for the Select List Year— 2010 shortly. Since a large number of Steno Grade 'D', who are presently working as PA (ad-hoc) are likely to be covered in the zone of consideration, all the cadre units of CSSS are requested to ensure that the ACRs/ APARs/Vigilance clearance etc. of eligible Steno Grade 'D' of CSSS upto Select List Year 2000 are complete and available with them for conducting the DPC. Further, it may also be ensured that instructions as provided in this Department’s O.M. Nos. 21011/1/2005-Estt.(A) (Pt.II) dated 14.5.2009 and 21011/1/2010-Estt(A) dated 13.4.2010 have been complied with.
