MEMORANDUM

Sub :- Payment of salary of teaching and non-teaching employees of Non-Government Aided Colleges.

   In partial modification of Para 5 of this Department Memorandum No.383-F dated 11.01.2008, the undersigned is directed by order of the Governor to say that the Governor has been pleased to decide that the disbursement of salary of teaching and non-teaching employees of Non- Government Aided Colleges will be made on the first working day of the month following the month to which such salary relates.

   In order to ensure actual payment of Salaries on the first working day of the month following the month to which such salary relates. Pay & Accounts Offices/Treasuries shall issue salary cheques marking Not payable before 28th of the month or the working day preceding the 28th of the month if the 28th day is a holiday.

   This order shall take effect from the payment of salary for the month of December, 2011 onwards and shall remain valid until further orders.
