Sub: - Participation of Govt employees in the activities of Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board.
A meeting of the Welfare Officers of the Ministries/Departments will be held in the room of Chief Welfare Officer on 19.12.2011 at 12 Noon with regard to providing more encouragement to the Govt employees for taking part in the activities of the CCSCSB. All the Welfare Officers of Ministries/Department are requested to attend the meeting, in the Chamber of Welfare Officer and Joint Secretary to Government of India ( Room No 385 3rd floor, Lok Nayak Bhawan, New Delhi.
