   The Government are pleased to publish the combined HBA State wise Eligibility List as per the Supplementary Demand for Grants October 2011 in continuation of the Circular 4th cited.

   2) The combined HBA State wise Eligibility List 2011-12 second batch is attached as annexure to this circular.

   3) The Department wise Allotment letter enclosing the list of applicants will be issued separately.
