ORDER

   As per the Government Order read 1st above, Government have revised pension and other related benefits in respect of part - time contingent employees. Vide letter read above, Accountant General has requested to clarify whether medical allowance @ Rs.150/- per month is admissible to family pensioners of part-time contingent employees also, in the light of Government order read 2nd above.

   Government have examined the matter in detail and are pleased to clarify that family pensioners of part - time contingent employees are also eligible for medical allowance @ Rs.150/- per month with effect from 01.02.2011.

The Government Order 1st read above stands modified to this extent.
