Sub:- Sufficient notice to the candidates for attending viva-voce held for promotions to Group B’ post.

   Recently, during the course of vigilance investigations carried out in the conduct of a Group B selection held on a Railway, it has come to notice that a very short notice was given to all the eligible candidates who had qualified the written examination, for attending the viva-voce.

This led to allegations from candidates of their not being relieved in time. In view of this it is desired that sufficient notice period may be given to the eligible candidates for attending the viva-voce, held for promotion to Group B posts.
