   3. Letter No. Co-ordn/ll/10-98/VoI.II/61 dated 27/06/2011 from the Accountant General (A&E), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram.

ORDER

   The Accountant General (A&E) vide letter read as 3rd paper above has suggested certain modifications to Note below Para 7(3) Annexure — II of the Government Order read as 1st and 2nd paper above and requested to modify the same in order to avoid confusion. Government have examined the matter in detail and are pleased to order that Note below Para 7(3) Annexure — II of the Government Order read as 1st and 2nd paper above shall be substituited as follows:

   “However, the employees who were promoted on or after 1.7.2009 can be allowed to opt the revised scale of the promotion post w.e.f the date they had opted for fixation of pay under Rule 28 A. Part I. KSRs in the scale of pay of the promotion post as per option (b) under Rule 28 A. Part I. KSRs.
