Subject:- Combined Section Officers’/Stenographers’(Gr.B/Gr.I) Limited Departmental Competitive Examination 2006,2007 & 2008- allocation of qualified candidates- regarding
The undersigned is directed to say that on the basis of final results of the SOs/Stenos (Gr. ‘B’/Gr. ‘I’) Limited Departmental Competitive Examinations 2006, 2007 & 2008, 69 candidates have been recommended by the UPSC for their appointment to Steno Gr. ‘A&B’ (merged) (PS) Grade of CSSS for these years. Allocation of the candidates recommended by the Commission on the basis of the above Examination has been made against the vacancies reported by the Cadre Units for the Departmental Examination Quota for the Select List Year 2006, 2007 and 2008.
2. Cadre Units are requested to relieve the officers immediately subject to their being found clear from vigilance angle for appointment as PS in the Cadre Units to which they have been nominated as per the Annexure to this OM.. The candidates may be included in the Select list of Steno Gr. ‘A&B’ (merged) (PS) Grade of CSSS for the Select List year shown against their names (in the Annexure) in the manner indicated in the CSSS Rules, 1969. Copies of appointment orders may please be endorsed to this Department and the UPSC.
3. Allocation of officers have been made in accordance with the Rotational Transfer Policy for CSSS Personnel Some of the officers who shall be completing 10 years in the same cadre within six months have been shifted to other cadres.
4. The examination dossiers of the candidates, as received from the Commission, are sent herewith, which may be retained as part of their personal files.
5. Receipt of this O.M. together with its enclosures may kindly be acknowledged.
