Sir/Madam,

   In continuation of this department's letter of even No. dated 17th August 2011, the payment of 10% arrears on account of revision of pay scale may please be made in cash between the period Dussehra and Diwali festivals

during October 2011.

   Para 3 of the letter referred to above may be deemed to have been modified to this extent

   These instructions may please be brought to the notice of all concerned for information and compliance.
