Sub:- Payment of minimum wages and compliance of other labour laws in respect of personnel engaged in the offices of EPFO through Security Agencies-reg.

Sir,

   All the officers are requested to ensure that in respect of personnel engaged by EPFO through outside Agencies, etc compliance of various labour laws including minimum wages is strictly followed. EPFO as principal employer should ensure this without fail so that there is no violation in this regard.

   It is also requested to ensure that payments in such cases are made timely and there arises no occasion for EPFO to face any embarrassment on this count.
