I am working in a Central Govt. autonomous organisation which follows all rules and regulations of GOI including pay, allowances etc. As per GOI order, after increase in DA for more than 50%, the Child Education Allowance would increase for 25%. But our officers are telling that there will be revised order from DOPT/Finance. Only after this order, they will pay the increased amount. Kindly help me in this regard
