OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject :- Fourth review meeting with cadre authorities in respect of issues pertaining to CSS/CSSS/CSCS.

   The undersigned is directed to say that the next review meeting with cadre authorities in respect of issues pertaining to CSS/CSSS/CSCS will be held under the chairmanship of Joint Secretary (AT&A) at 03.00 PM on 28th April, 2011 in Room No.119, North Block, New Delhi. The following Agenda Items will be discussed in the meeting: -

(I) APAR completion of all CSS Officers for 2009-2010 and previous years and timely updating of APAR monitoring software by Nodal Officers;
(ii) Status of submission of Immovable Property Returns for the years 2009-10;
(iii) Non-reporting for mandatory training to ISTM;
(iv) Implementation of Rotational Transfer Orders of Under Secretaries/non-relieving of Under Secretaries on their promotion as Deputy Secretaries;
(v) Inputs regarding ad hoc promotion to SO Grade in pursuance of O.M. dated
11.11. 2010;
(vi) Completion of CR Dossiers of Assistants/PAs who have appeared for Combined LDCE 2006, 2007 and 2008;
(vii) Deletion of names of Steno Grade ‘D’ appearing in CSL of the grade circulated on 28-07-2006 but who have been promoted as PA/PS on regular basis or have left service;
(Viii) Non-relieving of Steno Grade D on their promotion as PA (SQ SL 2007 and 2008) and nomination to other cadres; and
(ix) Conducting of DPC for promotion of PAs to PS Grade in pursuance of OM No. 4/2/2011-CS.ll(A) dated 31/03/2011.

   2. It is requested that the updates on the above agenda items along with updated status on the items discussed in the last meeting on 25.02.2011 may please be furnished latest by 26.04.2011. The minutes of the last meeting held on 25.2.2011 are already available on the CS Division’s website (www.persrnin.nic.in/CS Division/ CSS/ Misc. Circulars).

   3. It is also requested that a DS/Director level officer, well conversant with issues of CSS/CSSS/CSCS may kindly be nominated to attend the meeting scheduled for 28.04.2011.
