Central Government employees, though they receive salaries accordingly to some measures do not get the same amount. Same is with their promotions. Employees are granted appointment and promotions which vary according to their respective ministries. This situation does not arise yesterday or today but comes from a long and distant past.




Person’s whishing to know about the other one’s whereabouts was a arduous one before. But today due to the advancement in information technology information are perceived within seconds.




Mostly employees working in all departments belong to the third and fourth generations. For them the happenings of the post are not known as the ones who presided at that time have all attained retirement.




Pay fixation, appointment and promotions vary even in the same ministry. There are differences in the above aspects among Clerical, Industrial, Research and Teaching etc,. For this job, the requirements (Educational Qualification, Technical Qualification, and Experience) are put forth and accordingly given.




Since there being no big differences among salaries of employees who have joined having finished 8th Standard, SSLC, ITI, Trade Apprentices and Degree Holders, Diploma Holders, it remains as a big question asked in futile among many…!




Recently we heard that the put forth their positive fulfillment approaches from pharmacists who have attained Grade Pay Rs.4200 have overcome or to say have won this situation…!




Government has many rules like this… through proper movement if the respective and qualified individuals (MPs, JCM Members, National Council Members, Standing Committee Members etc.,) speaks through their forum, relief can be attained.




To follow the laid down principles and rules in the proper manner, it would eventually lead to victory for each and everyone concerned.
